Cub Football takes on Palmetto today at HOME at 5:30PM! Cost is $5 per person, and the clear bag policy is in effect for all guests. Go Cubs!


Friday, 9/26 will be another Hat Day at HPMS! Students can pay $1 to homeroom teachers to receive a wristband that will allow them to wear a hat on Friday. All proceeds will help HPMS ProTeam students raise money for Disabled American Veterans. For every $250 raised, HPMS gets 24 American flags to display in a "flag garden" at HPMS the week of Veteran's Day. All donations raise critical funds to support services for veterans in need and their families. All hats worn must be school-appropriate and non-disruptive. Additionally, if students would like to contribute to this cause but not wear a hat, that is fine as well. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated!

The educational rating website Schooldigger.com recently released their newest academic rankings based on the updated release of SC Ready/EOC Testing Data from the state, and HPMS went up another 10 spots to 48th in the state among 320 ranked middle schools!
This places HPMS in the top 15% of all middle schools in the state of South Carolina! HPMS is now in the top 50 in the state, and this is the highest statewide percentile level HPMS has gotten since 2011. You can view our SchoolDigger.com profile by clicking this link:

Today, on Patriot Day, we remember and honor the victims, first responders, and heroes of September 11, 2001.
